This website is operated by Oceanic Offshore Agency, Mumbai, India. Oceanic Offshore Agency is an importer, distributor and supplier of DAMAR^®(India) brand lifting and material-handling products.

1. Website purpose

This website provides general information about our products and allows customers to request quotations. It is not an online store. Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or sending a WhatsApp message does not create an order or require Oceanic Offshore Agency to supply any product.

An order is accepted only after we confirm the product, quantity, price, payment terms, availability and delivery arrangements in writing, including by WhatsApp. For special imports, we will also confirm the estimated timeline and cancellation terms before the advance payment, and ask the customer to confirm acceptance in reply.

2. Product information

We take reasonable care when presenting product information. However, website content, photographs, dimensions, capacities, descriptions and specifications are provided for general reference and may be changed without prior notice.

Customers must obtain written confirmation of all important specifications before placing an order.

3. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for selecting equipment suitable for the intended application, operating conditions, load and applicable safety requirements. Oceanic Offshore Agency may provide general guidance or recommendations when requested, but the final product selection and use remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, photographs, graphics and other content may not be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except where such content belongs to its respective manufacturer or rights holder.

5. External communication

WhatsApp, telephone and email facilities are provided for convenience. A communication sent through these channels does not constitute acceptance of an order unless Oceanic Offshore Agency provides written confirmation, which may be given on WhatsApp.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oceanic Offshore Agency is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on unconfirmed website information or from improper product selection, installation, inspection, maintenance or use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
